Media blasting & industrial coatings

Back to bare metal.
Coated to last.

Renu blasts rust, scale and failed coatings off pipelines, penstocks, pump stations and old buildings — on site — then puts down a coating built for the next few decades.

Services

Strip it. Prep it. Coat it right.

One crew handles the whole job on site, from the first pass with the blaster to the final coat, so the surface prep and the finish are done to match each other.

01 · Exterior

Large-diameter steel blasted and recoated on site, section by section, flanges and hardware included.

  • Penstocks
  • Transmission lines
  • Flanges & outlets
02 · Interior

Failed linings cut back to clean steel, then a new lining applied with a centrifugal spray rig so it's even end to end.

  • Blast & line
  • Spray-applied
  • Inspection-ready
03 · Facilities

Pump houses, valve vaults, fittings and tanks stripped and recoated in place, working around live equipment.

  • Pump houses
  • Valve vaults
  • Fittings
04 · Restoration

Old paint and coatings taken off brick, stone, timber and structural steel without losing the character underneath.

  • Brick & stone
  • Timber joists
  • Structural steel

Also: equipment, railcar interiors, structural steel and other heavy steel that needs stripping and coating.

Different surfaces need different grit. Heavy scale on a penstock wants something that cuts a deep profile; a century-old brick wall needs something that takes the paint and leaves the brick. The call is made per job.

How it works

Four steps, start to finish.

No guesswork on price. You see the quote before any work starts.

  1. Send photos and the basics

What it is, roughly how big, where it is and what shape it's in. Phone photos are fine.

  2. Get a straight quote

We look it over, come out if we need to, and send a price and a timeline before any work starts.

  3. Blast and coat on site

Surface stripped to sound material and coated while the profile is fresh, section by section.

  4. Walk it with you

Final look together before we pack up, so you know what was done and what to expect from it.
